With more than 20 years of experience as a Realtor® in the greater Puget Sound area and ongoing training in sustainable and green building practices, I consult with both my own clients and other real estate agents seeking to identify or create a higher-performance home.

A sampling of the services I offer:

Identifying certified homes or existing green features within homes in your market
Evaluating how you can create a higher-performance home through energy efficiency, improved indoor air quality, and effective site and water usage
Linking with providers for energy-efficiency assessments and energy modeling to determine how to tighten the building envelope and vent for air quality
Setting your home apart by guiding you forward with the certification process
Consulting with utility companies and vendors to develop programs for implementing tax incentives and/or rebate packages
Developing and implementing targeted marketing for the sale of certified homes or homes with “deep green” features.
