Rather than chasing the “energy dragon” to find out why your heating bills are so high, or your rooms are uncomfortable on cool days, performing an EEA will allow the auditor to identify all areas in your home where air leakage is costing you money and precious energy. This process takes between 3 to 4 hours, using state of the art equipment, through the use of a Blower Door Test and Thermal Imaging. A through inspection of the furnace and duct work connection is also performed through a “Duct Blaster Test.”

At the conclusion of the assessment, the homeowner is presented with a written report that outlines areas of concern and suggested performance solutions.
