Can we live a life that is plastic free? Once we become aware of the plastic crisis in our environment we suddenly become conscious of how much plastic actually invades every part of our lives. It is not just about plastic bags and water bottles any longer – Plastic Pollution is everywhere.
Living plastic free sounds daunting, maybe even impossible, but now that we are aware we can take great stride in reducing the plastic in our lives. Like any habit, taking small steps gets us that much closer to your goal. In this article are 100 Steps towards a Plastic Free Life. A hundred may sound like a lot, but it will make a big impact. On the Plastic Pollution Coalition website they not only give us steps, they also give us alternatives to use instead of plastic bags, straws, containers, and more. As with any big change, be strong, understand the sense of purpose and stay tough. It may not be entirely possible to go Plastic Free, but every small step is a giant leap to reducing the impact of plastic in our world.

We not only need to find environment-friendly ways to replace plastic, we need to be outside-the-box thinking in regards to how to dispose of the plastic invading our world. Recycling is not enough.
